NOTIFICATION OF PUBLIC COMMENTING PERIOD ON THE DRAFT EIA REPORT FOR THE TSHEDZA 3 INVESTMENTS (PTY) LTD: PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF A SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC (PV) PLANT TO GENERATE UP TO 40 MW OF ENERGY, CITY OF EKURHULENI METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, GAUTENG PROVINCE
